    Our Manufacturing Plant having Automatic fabric Cutting and Japanese Sewing machines which Ensure Equal pressure stitching. We are using Twisted and high tenacity stitched threads which give longer durability. We Select the stitching thread as per your chemical PH and Temperature conditions.

SPUN X SPUN Yarn + Twill Weave - Combination

Suitable for Clear filtrate ,high tearing strength and Fine filtration Where Liquid is important.

Multi x Multi Yarn With Twill / Matty Weave Combination:

Suitable for EASY Cake discharge, light Weight to Handel and where Solid cake is important, Fast Rate of Filtration as compared to Spun yarn type cloth.

Mono x Multi Yarn with Satin weave:

Highly Recommended for EASY Cake discharge ,fiber /lint free cloth , effective cake discharge of high sticky material , Faster filtration Rate ,less water consumption for cloth washing. Highly Recommended for STP and pharma applications. These type of cloth also provide the YIELD Increase.

Multi x Spun with Satin / Broken Twill Weave:

Suitable for fine filtration in dyes and pigment industry and other ,high pressure filtration like Membrane press ,vary less or Nill Elonation so that Air permeability remains same till life . Easy Cake Discharge and long DURABILITY and Excellent ABRASION Property.

Double Layer Woven monofilament fabrics

Suitable for Vertical Belt Filter ,Horizontal Belt filters ,ANF ,Bottom Discharge and Peeler Centrifudges.

FILTER PRESS CLOTH

Features

  • We provides filter press cloth for Recess type ,Plate & frame type ,Membrane filter press ,CGR Filter plates for All sizes from 14” to 2000 mm [80”].
  • The Size of filter press cloth will be Sufficient in Width x Length ,like for 48” Recess plate ,we provide 50” W X 54” L .
  • We are having all combinations of filter cloth like – PP Spun xSpun ,Multi x Multi ,Mono x Multi ,Mono x Mono ,Multi x Spun ,Single and Double layer woven fabric for High pressure and fine filtration process.
  • We are having filter Cloth from below 1 micron to 100 micron above and can also design Air permeability as per customer requirement.
  • We are having filter cloth with TWILL ,PLAIN ,SATIN ,MATTY and different texture for High breaking Strength and Durability.
  • We are having FILTER PRESS CLOTH For both OPEN and CLOSE Type filter plates.

SPARKLER PADS

  • We Provide Sparkler pad of Cellulose ,Woven ,Non woven with GLAZE Finish and Lower Air permeability fabric to ensure the trapping of Micro fine particles Our Specially Designed Sparkler pad fabric having Depth Filtration so that vary fine particles captured without decreasing the Rate of filtration.
